Lymphoma Foundation of America is the national organization devoted to helping lymphoma patients and their families.

We were founded in 1986 by four lymphoma patients who came together to help each other recover from cancer.

We organized the first Lymphoma Support Group in the United States in December, 1986. We know from personal experience the anguish of having cancer. We have been there.

We are dedicated to helping you find the best care available for your type of lymphoma. We offer advice, experience, and a helping hand.

If you are a cancer patient, family member, or friend, you can be part of the healing process. The way you respond to a life-threatening illness is as important as the treatments you receive and the doctors you choose.

Lymphoma Foundation of America is an independent, nonprofit charity. It is listed with the U.S. Government's cancer hotline: 1-800-4-CANCER, an information service of the National Cancer Institute.

If you need to reach our nurse-counselors, please call our patient hotline at: 1-800-385-1060. If you prefer to email us, send to: LFA@lymphomahelp.org

Please send charitable donations to:

We appreciate your support.

Lymphoma Foundation of America is a humane charity. We have been awarded the Humane Charity Seal of Approval because we do not fund or support experiments on animals.

We were voted a Top 10 Best Health Charity in the United States by the Physicians Committee for Responsible Medicine.

Lymphoma Foundation of America has been chosen as one of America's Best Charities. We are a member of the CancerCure federation of nonprofit cancer organizations.

Each year, our Foundation gives grants and awards to scientists and researchers at leading universities and cancer centers who are working toward understanding the causes of lymphoma, and developing a cure.
