Financial Assistance

Many cancer charities provide financial assistance to lymphoma patients. This assistance includes help with travel expenses, lodging (discounts at hotels and/or free short term stays), out-of-pocket medical costs, health insurance co-pays, help with prescription drugs, child care for siblings in families with a child who has cancer, etc.

Below is a list of charities that provide financial aid. Each charity has its own eligibility requirements. Phone numbers and a brief description of the assistance is included.

Leukemia and Lymphoma Society800-813-4673 Financial aid for travel, medicines, home care, child care or durable medical equipment may be available for patients in cancer treatment. Eligibility requirements vary depending on diagnosis and geographic location.
Lymphoma Research Foundation800-500-9976Financial assistance for lymphoma patients inactive treatment. However, eligibility is required and assistance may be limited.
CancerCare 800-813-HOPE Limited financial assistance for cancer-related costs and co-pays. CancerCare's social workers can help you find additional sources of aid.
Cancer Support Community877-793-0498 Can help with finding temporary no or cost lodging for cancer patients who must travel to a cancer center and stay overnight. Housing is with Airbnb.
